Rapeseed flowers (white cabbage flower sprouts), arugula, and santou菜 (santona) are just some of the vegetables with unique characteristics that make them appealing.

Additionally, "banker plants" using barley are utilized to control pests through the power of natural enemies, maintaining a healthy environment.
