About orders
  • When can I order?

You can place orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, orders are accepted from 9:00 to 17:00 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and company holidays). Closed days will be announced on our website, Instagram, etc.

  • When will my order arrive?

Shipping dates vary depending on the producer, seller, and product. Please check the product page for details.


  • Can I specify a pickup date and time when placing an order?

The availability of specified delivery dates and times varies depending on the producer, product, and delivery area. Please check the product page.


  • I want to check my order details and order history

After logging in to your My Page, you can check your order history.


  • I want to change or cancel my order

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please note that even if your order has not yet been confirmed, if the product has already been prepared, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


  • I want to check if I was able to purchase it

An automatic email will be sent after your order is completed. You can also check your order history on your My Page.

  • Is there a separate shipping charge?

It is included in the product price.

About product delivery
  • I would like to request combined shipping

Items shipped from different locations cannot be shipped together.
Please note that we cannot ship set products together.


  • What if the product I ordered hasn't arrived?

  • The product was damaged

Please contact us within three days of delivery, attaching a photo showing the damaged area. After reviewing the contents and discussing the matter, we will refund the unused portion.

*Please note: Vegetables and fruits grown naturally without the use of pesticides or fertilizers may have spots or dark spots on their appearance, but this does not affect the quality and they are delicious to eat. Therefore, we ask for your understanding in advance that there may be differences in appearance due to natural causes.


  • Can I change the delivery address or delivery date and time after placing an order?

Please note that we cannot accept any changes after payment has been completed.
