Ogawa Town in Saitama Prefecture is known for its thriving organic farming.
Surrounded by the Hiki Hills, the plateau and mineral-rich soil nurture
vegetables with rich flavor and sweetness.

Grown without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers, utilizing the power of nature,
these vegetables are fresh and succulent, with a strong aroma and umami.
Rapeseed blossoms (bok choy flower buds), arugula, and santohna, among others,
each boast their own unique charm.

Furthermore, "banker plants" using barley are employed to control pests
through the power of natural enemies, maintaining a healthy environment.

This set features seasonal vegetables, carefully cultivated by leveraging the natural cycle.
