Ogawa Town in Saitama Prefecture is known for its thriving organic farming.
Surrounded by the Hiki Hills and blessed with mineral-rich soil,
it cultivates vegetables with deep flavor and sweetness.

Without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and utilizing the power of nature,
the vegetables grown here are fresh and juicy, with a rich aroma and umami.
Rape blossoms (flowering shoots of napa cabbage), arugula, and Santoh vegetables, among others,
each boast their unique charm.

Furthermore, "banker plants" using barley are employed to control pests with the power of natural enemies,
maintaining a healthy environment.

This set features seasonal vegetables, carefully grown by harnessing the cycles of nature.
