You can enjoy the deliciousness of these ingredients raw in salads or cooked in soups.
Furthermore, pest control is implemented in the fields using a method called "banker plants," where barley is sown to foster natural enemies.
By naturally increasing natural enemies such as parasitic wasps and ladybugs, vegetables are protected without relying on pesticides.
