This is gibier (wild game) made from wild boar caught in Kamogawa, Chiba Prefecture, and the Mineoka Mountains, carefully processed and aged. The person behind it is Hamish Murphy from Australia. Based on the philosophy of permaculture, he lives a life that utilizes the cycles of nature, and together with local hunters, he continues to work to "make the most of wild lives without waste."
The meat is processed within 2 hours of capture and aged for 3-4 days, resulting in a safe, high-quality product that maximizes its umami. Among them, the boar sausage is a proud, additive-free specialty. It boasts a rich flavor unique to wild game and is easy to eat, making it an excellent pairing with alcohol.

〈Cooking Instructions〉
Thaw in a hot water bath for about 15 minutes. After thawing, pan-fry for 5-8 minutes until thoroughly cooked and serve.

MINEOKA GIBIER
千葉県鴨川市で、野生の鹿や猪を捕獲し、2時間以内に解体処理。専用冷蔵庫にて熟成させてから、ソーセージなどの加工食品を丁寧に手作りし、販売している。千葉県で最も標高の高い愛宕山を有する嶺岡山地に位置することからの命名。添加物をいっさい使わず、ハーブやスパイスを巧みに使った味わいが注目を集めている。
