At Akashiura Fishing Port, the fish brought back by the fishermen are thoroughly processed by resting them in a large fish tank called "ikekoshi," as well as nerve-killing and bleeding. This minimizes stress on the fish and maximizes their freshness and flavor before shipping them out.
This time we will be offering a set of seasonal fish selected from the auction of the day. Please enjoy the seasonal fish that are woven together by the sea of ​​Akashi and the skill of our artisans.
