Surrounded by the Hiki hills, its plateaus and mineral-rich soil allow for
vegetables with deep flavors and sweetness to grow.

Without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and utilizing the power of nature,
the vegetables grown here are fresh and vibrant, with rich aromas and umami.
The individuality of each vegetable, such as nanohana (flowering shoots of napa cabbage), arugula, and santōna, is also captivating.

Furthermore, by utilizing barley as "banker plants,"
cultivation practices are employed to control pests using their natural enemies, maintaining a healthy environment.
