The Awa region stretches across Tateyama and Minamiboso, at the southernmost tip of Chiba Prefecture.
In this mild climate, cradled by the sea and mountains, where organic farming has taken root, NaZemi Farm cultivates vegetables. We use absolutely no pesticides or chemical fertilizers, focusing on open-pollinated and heirloom varieties.
We have put together an assortment of the most delicious seasonal vegetables available at the time.

"All the vegetables have beautiful color and luster. The Tsurumurasaki (Malabar spinach) was deep in color and had a rich flavor. The bell peppers had a wonderful aroma, and even after some time, they retained their moisture and had a good texture."
