Ogawa Town, Saitama Prefecture, is known as a town where organic farming thrives.
Surrounded by the Hiki Hills, the plateau and mineral-rich soil allow for
vegetables with rich flavor and sweetness to grow.

Without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and utilizing the power of nature,
the grown vegetables are fresh and full of aroma and umami.
Rape blossoms (flowering shoots of napa cabbage), arugula, and Santou-na, among others,
each have their own unique appeal.

Furthermore, by using barley as a "bunker plant,"
we practice cultivation that suppresses pests with the power of natural enemies. A healthy environment is
maintained.
