Ogawa Town in Saitama Prefecture is known for its thriving organic agriculture.
Thanks to its plateau surrounded by the Hiki Hills and mineral-rich soil,
it cultivates vegetables with rich flavor and sweetness.

These vegetables are grown without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers, harnessing the power of nature.
They are fresh, and you can fully taste their aroma and umami.
Rape blossoms (flowering shoots of napa cabbage), arugula, and santohsai are some examples, each with its unique charm.

Additionally, the town practices cultivation that suppresses pests using natural enemies, through "banker plants" utilizing barley. This maintains a healthy environment.

This set includes seasonal vegetables, carefully grown by leveraging nature's cycle.
