Tsushima, located at the northernmost tip of Kyushu, has been known for its conger eels since ancient times, thanks to its rich fishing grounds fed by the Tsushima Current.
Jomon Foods' "Filleted Conger Eel" is made from these fresh conger eels, humanely dispatched and then meticulously filleted one by one.
