Tsushima is located at the northernmost tip of Kyushu. Its rich fishing grounds, where the Tsushima Current flows in, have long been known as a famous production area for conger eels.
Jomon Foods' "Split Conger Eel" is made from these fresh conger eels, prepared using the Ikejime method and carefully split open one by one.
Can be used for anything from plain grilled dishes to tempura and fritto.
