About Shipping
Nagomi Nosan is a livestock farm in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture, committed to using 100% domestic feed and long-term rearing.
Only a handful of producers in Japan raise cattle exclusively on domestic feed without using preservatives or additives.
Their feed primarily consists of domestic rice, along with a blend of domestic corn, barley, sake lees, and other ingredients they mix themselves.
By utilizing the blessings of nature, the meat develops a light, elegant texture and a rich, deep flavor.
Furthermore, Nagomi Nosan's cattle are fattened for over 980 days (32 months).
This slow, deliberate process allows the umami of the lean meat and the sweetness of the fat to harmonize beautifully, creating a lingering aftertaste that is truly exceptional.
"Minced meat" is characterized by its soft texture and ease of use in any dish, thanks to the even blend of lean and fatty meat.
It serves as a versatile base for a wide range of dishes, including hamburgers, meat sauce, and gyoza.
