Nagomi Noran is a livestock farm in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture, that is committed to using 100% domestic feed and long-term rearing.
Only a handful of producers in Japan raise cattle using only domestic feed, without preservatives or additives.

Their feed primarily consists of domestic rice, along with a blend of domestic corn, barley, sake lees, and other ingredients they mix themselves.
By utilizing the blessings of nature, the meat develops a light, elegant, and rich flavor.

Furthermore, Nagomi Noran cattle are raised for over 980 days (32 months).
This extended rearing period allows the umami of the red meat and the sweetness of the fat to harmonize perfectly, creating an exceptional lingering taste.

"Loin" is a classic cut that spans from the back to the waist of the cow. It boasts a fine texture and elegant marbling, characterized by tenderness and a rich umami flavor.
Whether grilled as a steak, enjoyed in shabu-shabu, or sukiyaki, this cut brings out its best qualities in any cooking method, making it the most classic way to savor the deliciousness of beef.
