About Shipping
Nagomi Norin is a livestock farm in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture, committed to using 100% domestic feed and long-term rearing.
In Japan, only a handful of producers raise cattle exclusively on domestic feed, without using preservatives or additives.
The feed primarily consists of domestic rice, and they blend various other domestic feeds themselves, including corn, barley, and sake lees.
By utilizing natural blessings, the meat quality is lean and refined, developing a rich and savory flavor.
Furthermore, Nagomi Norin's cattle are fattened for over 980 days (32 months).
This slow, long-term process allows the umami of the lean meat and the sweetness of the fat to harmonize perfectly, leaving an exceptional lingering flavor in your mouth.
"Round" is one of the representative cuts of lean beef. The powerful umami of the lean meat and the delicate sweetness of the适度 marbling are exquisitely combined, and its full appeal can be enjoyed when prepared as a steak or roast beef.

For this product, the amount used per serving varies depending on the type of cuisine.
For Izakaya, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine, approximately 60-90g per person is recommended.
For main dishes such as in bistros, approximately 120-180g is recommended.
For hot pot dishes such as sukiyaki and gyunabe, approximately 100-150g is recommended.
Izakaya/Chinese: Approximately 8-12 servings
Bistro: Approximately 5-6 servings
Hot pot: Approximately 6-7 servings
