Tsushima, located at the northernmost tip of Kyushu, is an island known for its rich fishing grounds where the Tsushima Current flows, and has long been famous for its conger eels.
Jomon Foods' "Opened Conger Eel" is made from these fresh conger eels, prepared using the Ikejime method, and carefully opened one by one.
