Tsushima, located at the northernmost tip of Kyushu, is a rich fishing ground where the Tsushima Current flows, and has long been known as a famous production area for conger eel.
Jomon Foods' "opened conger eel" is made from these fresh conger eels, prepared using the Ikejime method, and carefully opened one by one.

Can be used for shirayaki (plain grilled), tempura, or even fritto.
This is a dish that can command a good price.
