Tsushima, located at the northernmost tip of Kyushu. The rich fishing grounds, where the Tsushima Current flows in, have long been known as a famous production area for conger eels.
Jomon Foods' "Split Conger Eel" is made from these fresh conger eels, humanely dispatched and carefully split open one by one.

Can be prepared as plain grilled, tempura, or even fritters.
It's a dish that commands a good price.
