About Shipping
Nagomi Nosan, located in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture, is dedicated to livestock farming using 100% domestic feed and long-term rearing.
Only a handful of producers in Japan raise cattle solely on domestic feed, without preservatives or additives.
Their feed primarily consists of domestic rice, blended with various other domestic feeds such as corn, barley, and sake lees.
By utilizing natural blessings, the meat quality becomes lean and refined, with a rich and deep flavor.
Furthermore, Nagomi Nosan's cattle are fattened for over 980 days (32 months).
This extended period allows the umami of the lean meat and the sweetness of the fat to harmonize perfectly, creating an exceptionally lingering aftertaste.
"Ichibo" (Picanha) is a rare cut located at the tip of the rump.
The robust flavor of the lean meat combined with the delicate sweetness of the marbling makes it ideal for steaks and roast beef, allowing you to fully savor its charm.
