Raised free-range and allowed to grow slowly—taking about three times as long as broiler chickens—this chicken features firm, lean meat and a rich, deep flavor. Fed a natural diet, it is characterized by a clean, clear taste with no unpleasant odor.
The “Male Whole Chicken (Approx. 3 kg),” slaughtered in the morning and shipped chilled to preserve freshness, is a pre-prepared whole chicken that’s easy to handle.
