The feed is mainly made from domestically produced rice, and the farm mixes many other ingredients, including domestic corn, barley, and sake lees.
By utilizing the bounty of nature, the meat is light, elegant, and richly flavored.

Furthermore, Nagomi Farm's cattle are fattened for a long period of time, over 980 days (32 months).
By taking the time to prepare it, the umami of the red meat and the sweetness of the fat are harmoniously balanced, creating an exceptional aftertaste that fills the mouth.

Among them, "Nagomi no Kanade" is an original brand beef that has been recognized as having the best finish.
This is a special dish that stands out for its deep flavor, tenderness, and the clear sweetness of the fat.

"Ichibone" is a rare cut of beef found at the tip of the cow's rump.
