Toyama Bay is one of the leading fishing grounds in the Hokuriku region. A diverse environment stretches from the deep sea to shallow waters, and the clear, cold water flowing from the Tateyama mountain range nurtures the delicious flavor of the fish.
Okamoto Fish Shop carefully selects the seasonal catches from Toyama Bay and packs them into an omakase (chef's choice) set.
