Toyama Bay is a representative fishing ground of the Hokuriku region. With diverse environments ranging from deep sea to shallow waters, the clear waters flowing from the Tateyama mountain range nurture the umami of the fish.
Okamoto Sengyoten has expertly selected seasonal seafood from Toyama Bay and assembled it into an Omakase (chef's choice) set.
