Toyama Bay is one of the most representative fishing grounds in Hokuriku. It boasts a diverse environment, ranging from deep seas to shallow waters, and the clear waters flowing from the Tateyama mountain range nurture the umami of the fish.
Okamoto Fresh Fish Shop carefully selects seasonal fish from Toyama Bay and packs them into an omakase set.
