While firefly squid can be used as is, removing the eyes, beak, and cartilage
will improve the texture and ensure a consistent result.
① Use a bone tweezer (or tweezers) to pinch and pull out the eyes from both sides.
② Gently press the center of the legs to remove the beak when it emerges.
③ Pull out the transparent cartilage located inside the body.
