Strong flour (Powder Snow) 250g
Water 150g
Instant dry yeast 3g
Salt 3g
Olive oil 1 teaspoon

Nutella (Hazelnut Spread)
Mascarpone
Lemon zest
Amaretto (almond-based liqueur)
- Instructions -
① Make the dough.
Knead the ingredients together, divide into 20-30g pieces, and roll into balls. Ferment in the refrigerator overnight.
② In a bowl, mix together Nutella, grated lemon zest, and amaretto.
③ While dusting with flour, flatten the dough, then add an appropriate amount of step ② mixture and mascarpone. Fold into a half-circle and crimp the edges.

④ Fry in oil at 180℃ until crispy, then arrange on a plate and sprinkle with grated lemon zest.
