Oats 250g
Whole Wheat Flour (Spelt) 100g
Walnuts 50g
Almonds 50g
Cashew nuts 50g
Cacao nibs 50g
Coconut meat 50g
(B)

Cinnamon powder 2g
Cardamom powder 2g
Ginger powder 2g
Clove powder 1g
Zest of 1 lemon (grated)
Soy milk 50cc
Unrefined sugar 120g
Coconut oil 100cc
*1) Lemon juice 30cc
*1) Adjust the spices, lemon zest, and lemon juice in (B) to your preference.
ー Instructions ー
◎ Preheat the oven to 140°C.
① Combine ingredients (A) & (B) in a bowl and mix.
② Heat soy milk and unrefined sugar in a pot. Once the sugar has dissolved to some extent, add coconut oil and slowly bring to a boil.
Pour the emulsified liquid all at once into bowl ① and mix thoroughly. Then, add lemon juice and mix again.
③ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the mixture flat to a thickness of 1cm or less, and place in the oven. Bake at 140°C for 30-40 minutes, or until desired brownness.
Once baked, allow the hot air in the oven to escape, then leave it for a while to dry.
Once cooled, store in an airtight container with a desiccant.
