- Instructions -
① Remove the burrata from its bag, pat dry with paper towels, and season with salt and black pepper.
② Cut the strawberries as desired and toss with salt and E.V. olive oil.
③ Arrange slices of prosciutto on a plate, then place ① and ② on top. Garnish with basil, drizzle with E.V. olive oil, and sprinkle with grated lemon zest.
